Inside the N-CLEX comes from Dr. Patrick Beeman, an OB/GYN physician and the creator of InsideTheBoards, an exam-prep platform for medical students and physicians. His sister and brother-in-law are both nurses. He is indebted to the many nurses who helped him learn to manage laboring patients, and built this show in part as a way to give back.
The idea grew from the InsideTheBoards method: think like a question writer. Learn the content, and learn the how of taking a standardized exam.
In each question dissection, you'll hear a scenario and its answer choices, have time to decide, then unpack the clue that changes the answer and why a tempting alternative falls short. Our dissections focus on N-CLEX preparation.
